Долго смеялись над Западом, но кто же откажется от ввода дополнительных налогов? В России заявили о небходимости платы за углерод.
Углерод. Очень важный химический элемент, на основе которого, собственно, построена вся жизнь на Земле. Ну куда же без него? Ну и не только живое, но и то, что когда-то было живым (уголь, например, или нефть), а может и не было (те же алмазы). Да, собственно, он вокруг нас. Выдыхаем мы его ежесекундно. В виде углекислого газа. На западе уже давно в голову стукнула “гениальная” идея, а с чего бы за него налоги не брать? Правда, конечно, оправдали все это самыми благими намерениями, защита природы, борьба с загрязнением, противодействие глобальному потеплению. Красиво звучит. Всякие там Греты разбегались с плакатиками, истерически доказывая, что нельзя дышать, иначе дышать же будет нечем! Пока там на “Диком Западе” все это продолжалось и развивалось, у нас потихоньку сидели хихикали над Гретами и прочими борцами за отмораживание всех частей тела во имя не топления печек и не задымления атмосферы. Ржали над подсевшей на “экологически чистую” энергию Европой, которая мерзла вот в недавние зимы. Выводили расчеты и доказывали, что чушь это все на постном масле. Ведь если посчитать, то весь, казалось бы, ужасающий объем выброса углекислоты нынешней цивилизацией не составляет и доли процента от объема углекислого газа выделяемого биосферой. Сии расчеты, конечно, сейчас не приведу, но наталкиваться доводилось во вроде бы научных статьях с ссылками на всякие там ученые книги и расчеты. На Западе же истерика продолжалась на эту тему. Доходили даже до идей запретить скотину выращивать, мол, много эти ходячие котлеты углекислоты выделяют, так что нечего их разводить и мясо есть, жуйте траву сами. Много чего шумелось и говорилось. И у них и у нас в ответ с насмешками. Нет, конечно, я не возражаю, что дымящие трубы заводов не самое полезное для природы явление. Но по большому счету те же леса перерабатывают это загрязнение, так как оно для них еда любимая. Как известно деревья поглощают углекислый газ выделяя кислород. Так что, вместо всей этой борьбы за дорогущие и малоэффективные “чистые энергии” куда больше пользы было бы сократить вырубки лесов, меньше расходуя “легкие планеты” на всякие упаковки и плакатики для Грет. Но, видимо, время смеха прошло. Наши власти посмотрели, что уж больно выгодное, видимо, дело собирать с народа деньги за углекислый газ (то бишь за углеродное загрязнение) и начались разговоры “наверху” уже совсем не насмешливые…
Теперь говорят о том, что налог на углерод в России вводить необходимо и даже неизбежно. Мол, хоть с Европами, сейчас и не торгуем особо, но они торгуют с теми, с кем мы торгуем, а стало быть, они тоже вводят эти налоги. И коль мы не введем, то нам же хуже… Оно, конечно, рассуждения понять можно. Система “природозащитных” налогов выдумана хитро, дабы подталкивать все страны к ее введению. Либо плати при ввозе своего товара и деньги капают в чужой бюджет, либо если сам собираешь такой налог, то с тебя зачтется это. Но сама картинка уж больно причудливо смотрится. Долго доказывать всем, с официальной точки зрения, что такое налогообложение глупость, а потом начать это самое вводить самим. Ну как-то несолидно, господа депутаты, ох несолидно получается…
